At The Presario Group, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching, workshops, and professional development services. Below are our fulfillment policies, designed to support transparency, clarity, and trust with our clients.

Service Delivery Policy

Our services—including coaching sessions, group programs, workshops, and retreats—are delivered either in person or via Zoom. Once a purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email with relevant details, including how to access the service or event.
For downloadable content or digital materials, access is typically provided immediately upon purchase.

Payment & Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the value of our offerings. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us at 720-940-6370 or info@presariogroup.com within 7 days of the service date to discuss a possible resolution or refund.
Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis for services not yet rendered. No refunds will be issued for services already completed or events attended.

​Retreat Refund Policy

- No refunds or transfer of funds will be granted within 30 days of the event.

- A 5% fee will be deducted from the refund amount for any cancellations to cover administrative expenses.

 

2. Transfer of Funds:

- Funds paid for the retreat may be applied to other events hosted by The Presario Group only, subject to the following conditions:

- A $100 transfer fee will be applied.

- The transfer must be requested at least 30 days before the original event date.

- The new event must be within one year of the original event date.

 

3. Cancellation by The Presario Group:

- In the event that The Presario Group needs to cancel the retreat, registrants will be offered the choice of:

- A full refund of the amount paid.

- Transfer of funds to another offering from The Presario Group, without incurring any transfer fee.

 

4. Exclusions:

- Please note that this refund policy applies only to events organized by The Presario Group.

- Coaching and workshops offered separately by Michelle Fournier Coaching or Jessica Jaramillo Coaching are not covered under this policy.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel individual coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
For group programs or workshops, cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund. After that, no refunds will be issued, though you may be eligible to transfer your spot to a future program.

Return Policy

As our services are digital, experiential, or time-based, there are no physical products to return. If you have concerns about a specific service or purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
